Your Accountabilities
Sales売上商業戦略
売上目標達成に向けあらゆる販売機会を最大化
データをもとに日週月年単位で売上を分析しKPIに向けた改善施策の立案実行
ブランド体験に基づくサービス最適化により購買率や客単価を向上
マーケティングPRと連携した集客施策の企画
Peopleチームマネジメント
アシスタントマネージャーの育成とモチベーション管理
効果的なシフト作成によりサービスVMDレベルを安定的に維持
接客商品知識ブランド理解を深める研修設計および運用
採用評価育成など店舗チーム全体の人事マネジメント
毎日の朝礼共有を通じた情報発信とチームコミュニケーションの促進
Product商品在庫管理
売場倉庫の在庫量と動きを常に把握し欠品リスクを早期発見
ウェアハウス倉庫チームと協力し効率的でミスのない在庫運用オペレーションを構築
VMDチームと連携した高いビジュアル基準の維持
ストック密度補充オペレーションの最適化による販売機会の最大化
セキュリティ棚卸ロス対策のリード
Administration事務社内調整
売上人事商品などのレポート作成正確性重視
近隣店舗施設管理会社行政などとの良好な関係構築
会社方針に沿った発注管理
各種書類事務管理の徹底
Duty Management店舗運営
原宿店の営業管理シフト制週末や早朝夜勤務を含む
店舗設備に関わる外部業者の管理
安全衛生の遵守と来店者従業員にとって安全な環境づくり
Qualifications & Experiences
サービス品質VMDのスタンダードが高い小売レジャーエンタメ業界での実務経験
店舗全体を任される立場店長ストアマネージャーなどとしての運営責任経験
大規模店舗または多人数チームを率いたマネジメント経験
