TheInfrastructure OperationsCoordinatoroversees day-to-day office operations facilities management vendor coordination and light Tier 1 IT support. This role ensures a safe efficient and well-supported workplace environment while serving as a primary point of contact for employees operational and basic technical needs. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills ticketingsystemexperience and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership and professionalism.
This role will sit in our Capitol Hill office in Washington DC.

How You Will Contribute

  • Maintaindaily office operations includingsupplies management equipment andfurnituremaintenanceandrepairs safetyemployee moves space reconfigurationsand overall workplace functionality
  • Manage relationshipsand communicationswithcustomers internal teamslandlords propertymanagers and third-party vendors
  • Track operational expenses and support invoice processing
  • ProvideTier 1IT support includingtroubleshooting workstationand peripheral equipmentsetupand inventory managementemployee lifecyclemanagement and conference room and event technical support
  • Log track and resolve requests through a ticketing system;escalatecomplex issues as needed
  • Delivertimely high-quality customer service andensureappropriatecommunicationtocustomers
  • Develop andmaintainprocessdocumentation for services managed
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Togethers vision and principled approach to solving problems and a commitment to stewarding our culture which champions values including transformation and innovation entrepreneurialism humility and respect.

What You Will Bring

  • 35 years of experience in office operations facilities workplace support or similar role
  • Experience providing Tier 1 IT support in a corporate environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow Jira Zendesk etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional communication and vendor management experience
