Education Qualifications
- Masters degree in business healthcare administration management finance or related field is required or must be actively pursuing degree and graduate within 2 years of assuming the role.
Experience Qualifications
- 7 years leadership experience role in a hospital or health system multi-specialty group practice and/or integrated delivery system is required.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required within 90 days of date of hire. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
- Certification in Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) is preferred.
