What would you do as a Full-time Job Coach
As a Full-time Job Coach at RTC Services you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to individuals with disabilities seeking employment. Your responsibilities will include both on-site and off-site assistance coordinating connections to vital employment resources and empowering clients throughout their job journey. You will guide and coach them through the employers new hire and orientation processes ensuring they feel comfortable and confident.
Additionally you will facilitate facility and work site orientations offering ongoing monitoring and support regarding performance safety and job responsibilities. Your empathetic approach and problem-solving skills will help individuals navigate their professional paths fostering their growth and success in the workforce.
What were looking for in a Full-time Job Coach
Successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently while effectively carrying out assignments showcasing strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using various software and tools will be important for coordinating resources and tracking client progress. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED and have proof
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid Ohio drivers license with 4 points or less
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments
