Job Summary

Full Stack Developer (Consulting Focus)

Location: Remote (Travel Required Detroit MI once a month for 3 days)
Role Type: 60% Hands-on 40% Leadership

Duration: 12 months

Interview: Virtual round

Must Have (Non-Negotiable)

Strong .NET Full Stack Development experience
Proven team leadership (Lead/Architect level)
Strong client-facing / consulting experience
Must be open to monthly travel to Detroit

Experience

7 years in software engineering
5 years in technical leadership / architecture roles
5 years of .NET backend development
Experience designing & scaling distributed systems
Exposure to modern data stack (dbt preferred)

Technical Skills

Backend: .NET C# Core REST APIs
Frontend/Mobile: React React Native JavaScript / TypeScript
Cloud/DevOps: Azure CI/CD Docker
Data Stack: Snowflake dbt SQL dimensional modeling
Pipelines/Tools: Airbyte / Fivetran Tableau
Plus: Expo experience

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech healthcare or regulated industries
Hands-on with Snowflake dbt Airbyte stack in production
