As a Health Coach you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals towards healthier lifestyles through personalized coaching and support. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs set achievable health goals and provide ongoing motivation and accountability. We offer a competitive salary range of $145000 - $170000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and growth in the health coaching field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and evaluate clients needs
• Develop personalized health plans and goals for clients
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and behaviors
• Monitor clients progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other health professionals to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Stay updated on health and wellness trends and best practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in health coaching preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for health and wellness
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and exercise principles
• Proficiency in using technology for remote coaching
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
