DescriptionStep into the role of Vice President Marketing Strategy Lead to develop and manage marketing initiatives and branding efforts to achieve short- and long-term B2B goals for our Chase Auto Private Label Captive FinanceBusiness relationships.
As a Marketing Strategy Vice President in Auto you will have B2B and digital marketing expertise to be able to develop impactful marketing plans to support the business with regards to marketing/communicating new products or capabilities development and management of sales enablement materials supporting dealer events and managing brandingvalue propositions and marketing campaigns. You will develop Marketing materials for both the end clients (dealerships) and the different Private Label sales teams (60dealer relationship managers nationwide). You will work closely with marketing colleagues to execute against the strategies you develop. You will also partner with Analytics to measure the impact of your marketing efforts. Many of the marketing campaigns will leverage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology which marketing colleagues will execute in collaboration with you.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of marketing or communications background
- Consumer financial and/or marketing experience
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Exceptional communication skills strong attention to detail and quality are required while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional relationship development skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement
- Superior written presentation and oral communication skills
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Campaign management direct marketing and project management experience
- OEM auto experience
- B2B auto experience working with dealerships or partners is a plus
- Agency experience in marketing and/or communications a plus
