We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to play a key role in accelerating growth across our SMB and free-user segments by developing bold high-impact demand programs that expand market presence and challenge competitors. This role focuses on creating demand in the market experimenting with new growth approaches and pushing the bar on how we engage and convert SMB audiences.

You will work closely with Sales Sales Operations Content Performance Marketing and Marketing Operations to activate innovative marketing initiatives that grow pipeline increase product adoption and reclaim market share from competitors.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute hands-on demand generation campaigns targeting SMB and free-user segments to grow market demand and product adoption

  • Apply a growth-hacking mindset to experiment with unconventional marketing tactics channels and campaign formats that push performance

  • Develop innovative strategies to expand market presence and win back market share from competitors

  • Build compelling campaign messaging value propositions and marketing assets tailored to SMB audiences and their buying journeys

  • Continuously test learn and optimise across channels using data-driven insights and performance metrics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content Performance Marketing Marketing Operations Retention Events) to amplify campaign impact

  • Identify new opportunities to drive demand product adoption and market engagement through creative and scalable marketing initiatives

Requirements
  • 5 years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in a SaaS or technology company

  • Proven track record executing hands-on campaigns that drive market demand and pipeline growth in competitive environments

  • Experience working in B2B subscription-based models ideally with SMB or product-led growth motions

  • Strong growth mindset with a passion for experimentation and testing new approaches

  • Analytical and data-driven with the ability to turn insights into impactful marketing actions

  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative problem solver who enjoys challenging traditional marketing tactics

  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across marketing sales and operations teams

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality of execution

  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as German are a plus
