Youll work directly with our founders. Your job: own the accounts run the tests scale what works.

The Family Group is a house of brands for families from baby to teenage years. We move fast build in-house and were just getting started.

Tasks

Own and operate Meta and Google Ads across our brands day-to-day
Run structured creative and audience tests: weekly not quarterly
Translate CMO strategy into campaign execution
Set up and maintain clean tracking & attribution (Shopify GA4)
Analyze performance and turn data into decisions fast
Scale winning campaigns while keeping CAC in check

Requirements

Hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience non-negotiable
D2C or e-commerce background
You execute you own you deliver no hand-holding needed
Data-driven: you pull the numbers yourself and know what they mean
Shopify experience a plus
