Job Summary
You will work for X10 FAA project facilitating the transition of pure ATM-based voice communications to Unified Aeronautical Communications for the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration).
Key Tasks
Take part of the System team consisting of Test Automation Engineers DevOps Engineers
Setup run and maintain the CI/CD chain and tooling (incl. deploying to multiple targets)
Setup an maintain formal test environments
Support products utilising MosaiX in re-using CI/CD chain
Identify with the development teams automatable processes and automate them
Support the continuous system level integration of our platform and products
All tasks will be done keeping in mind that we are operating in a safety critical domain
Key Qualifications
Eager for automation (Infrastructure/CI/CD/Test)
Experience in configuration management and deployment tools (Puppet Ansible)
Docker and its ecosystem
Experience with continuous delivery pipelines and build tools (Jenkins Maven)
Experience with network and application monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana/ Zabbix) would be a plus
Scripting experience (Bash Python) and a mindset to treat infrastructure as code
Understanding and experience of using REST API
Ability to feedback positive and negative observations to developers
Linux (RHEL) deployment and administration
IP networking know-how
Good English skills (both written and spoken)
Experienced with working in an Agile team
