- Perform ongoing maintenance including software licensing endpoint vulnerability management and asset recycling
- Handle all user information with strict confidentiality; report any misuse immediately
Required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting hardware software and connectivity issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Active Directory and ticketing systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
- Formal training or equivalent hands-on experience in a desktop support role
