Desktop Support Analyst Consultant Kansas City MO Full-Time 12-Month Contract Hybrid (after onboarding)

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 end-user support across Windows MacOS laptops PC hardware Office 365 VMware VDI Active Directory SCCM MFPs and productivity tools (Adobe Webex Slack)
  • Support users via phone email in-person and chat; document all activity in Jira Service Desk
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 and cross-functional teams as needed
  • Deliver onboarding support equipment setup login assistance and new user orientation
  • Perform ongoing maintenance including software licensing endpoint vulnerability management and asset recycling
  • Handle all user information with strict confidentiality; report any misuse immediately

Required

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware software and connectivity issues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Active Directory and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

  • Formal training or equivalent hands-on experience in a desktop support role

Details Schedule: MF 8am5pm Start: Mid-April Location: On-site to start transitioning to hybrid
