Job Overview:

As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by analyzing our business operations identifying areas for improvement and providing strategic recommendations. You will work closely with our leadership team to understand our business goals and objectives and use your expertise to help us achieve them. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of our business processes systems and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness

- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and other tools to track key performance indicators and provide visibility into business operations

- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to the leadership team

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and success

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends best practices and new technologies to continuously improve our business operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel Tableau or Power BI

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proven track record of successfully driving process improvements and delivering results
