What Youll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of compliant insightdriven marketing strategies to grow and strengthen brands in the Swiss nutrition market across end users caregivers and key stakeholders (HCPs KOLs pharmacists authorities and associations).

  • Drive commercial performance by achieving sales market share and margin targets owning the full marketing mix (pricing positioning packaging placement and target audiences) and translating strategy into impactful market activation plans.

  • Enable and partner with sales and field teams by delivering clear relevant and compliant brand messaging highROI marketing tools and strong customer engagement programs across media digital and infield execution.

  • Manage annual marketing plans budgets and calendars with strong crossfunctional and agency collaboration ensuring alignment execution excellence and transparent performance tracking.

  • Apply strong business and analytical acumen by monitoring market and sales data identifying gaps and opportunities through research evaluating ROI and sharing actionable insights with leadership to continuously optimize brand performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Life Sciences Nutrition or a related field Advanced degree (MBA MSc) is an advantage

  • 5 years of marketing experience in healthcare ideally within Nutrition Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices Fluency in English

  • Proven experience working with reimbursed products and complex healthcare systems

  • German is an advantage
