Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

Dynamics CRM Plugin Workflow and JavaScript development.

Azure Function Apps Service Bus Key Vault Cosmos DB Data Factory App Service Plans

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Development

Design develop and maintain customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) including Plugins Custom Workflows Actions and JavaScript.

Configure CRM entities forms views dashboards and business rules to meet functional requirements.

Develop and manage Power Automate (Flows) to automate business processes and integrate data between CRM and external systems.

Ensure solution performance scalability and adherence to coding best practices.

Azure Integration

Develop and deploy Azure Function Apps to connect Dynamics CRM with external systems and services.

Utilize Azure Service Bus for asynchronous message-based integrations.

Implement secure connections using Azure Key Vault and manage configurations via Azure App Service Plans.

Configure and monitor Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics Workspace for performance and error tracking.

Data Management & Integration

Work with Azure Data Factory to build ETL pipelines for CRM-related data movement and transformation.

Develop and manage data integrations using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and KingswaySoft.

Support data warehousing and analytics integrations with Snowflake.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries stored procedures and scripts for data validation and reporting.

Deployment & Support

Participate in solution deployment activities across environments following DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Perform unit testing peer code reviews and documentation of technical components.

Troubleshoot and resolve CRM and Azure integration issues.

Collaborate closely with architects business analysts and testers to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development.

Strong proficiency in:

o CRM Plugin and Custom Workflow development (C#/.NET).

o JavaScript and Web Resources in CRM.

o Power Automate (Flows).

o Azure Function Apps Service Bus App Service Plans and Key Vault.

o Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics Workspace.

o Azure Data Factory for data orchestration.

o SQL Server SSIS and KingswaySoft integrations.

o Data management and reporting using Snowflake (preferred).

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using JIRA or equivalent tools for task tracking.
