Job Summary

Role: Dutch Customer Advisor - Subscription Service
Salary: 1059 euro gross per month (this does include the holiday bonus meal allowance) plus free accomodation plus 400 EUR gross bonus potential p/m / salary without accomodation 1384 EUR gross p/m plus 400 EUR gross bonus potential p/m
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week rotational between: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 21:00 and Saturday 9:00 till 15:00.

As part of the Customer Service team you will engage with customers across various European markets supporting them through digital channels and outbound communication. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality service and promoting tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via outbound calls email and chat
- Re-engage inactive or former customers and support reactivation efforts
- Assist with subscription management account updates and general inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Deliver clear empathetic and solution-oriented communication
- Ensure a high standard of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Previous customer service or sales experience desired
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
