Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly polished and customer-centric Luxury Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience in a premium jewellery showroom. The role demands strong relationship-building skills attention to detail and the ability to engage with high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom in a professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Showcase gold diamond and other jewellery collections effectively
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Handle customer queries billing coordination and basic documentation
- Ensure proper display and upkeep of jewellery items in the showroom
- Stay updated on latest jewellery trends and designs
- Follow company policies related to security and inventory handling.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach
- Good presentation and grooming standards
- Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold diamonds etc.) preferred
- Ability to handle high-value customers and transactions.
Working Days - Tuesday to Sunday-11 to 8 pm
Monday is off
