Job Title: Sales Executive - Jewellery Showroom

Location:Bandra West Mumbai

Experience:0-2 Years (Jewellery/Retail preferred)

Qualification: Graduate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly polished and customer-centric Luxury Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience in a premium jewellery showroom. The role demands strong relationship-building skills attention to detail and the ability to engage with high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom in a professional manner
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
  • Showcase gold diamond and other jewellery collections effectively
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
  • Handle customer queries billing coordination and basic documentation
  • Ensure proper display and upkeep of jewellery items in the showroom
  • Stay updated on latest jewellery trends and designs
  • Follow company policies related to security and inventory handling.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach
  • Good presentation and grooming standards
  • Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold diamonds etc.) preferred
  • Ability to handle high-value customers and transactions.

Working Days - Tuesday to Sunday-11 to 8 pm

Monday is off
