Job Title: L&D Learning System Support Clerk
Location: Boston MA 02116 (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite )
Duration: 5 Month Contract
Job Summary
The L&D Learning System Support Clerk provides administrative and technical support to the Learning & Development team including Learning Management System (LMS) operations and instructional design support. This hybrid role focuses on maintaining training data supporting users managing scheduling and ensuring accurate reporting and content delivery within the LMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update training data in learning databases and LMS systems
- Respond to employee and contractor inquiries via L&D inbox with professional customer service
- Manage training request calendar and coordinate internal training schedules
- Generate LMS reports and support data requests
- Reset user passwords and troubleshoot basic LMS access issues
- Upload and maintain training content in the LMS for instructional design team
- Ensure accurate documentation recordkeeping and workflow organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support L&D operations
- Perform additional administrative and project-related tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative L&D or systems support role
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cornerstone onDemand (CSOD) or similar LMS platforms
- Experience documenting business or system requirements
- Background supporting instructional design or training teams
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in Boston MA two days per week (Hybrid schedule)
- Must pass background screening including CORI check and drug/alcohol screening
- Compliance with company policies safety standards and workplace regulations
This role requires strong attention to detail technical aptitude and the ability to support learning systems and users in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
