Schedule: 3 Days per Week
compensation :$54.00/hr to $58.00/hr

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality critical care across neonatal obstetric medical surgical and psychiatric patients. The RN will assess plan implement and evaluate patient care while responding to emergencies and ensuring safe clinical outcomes.

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients

• Identify and respond to life-threatening conditions

• Prioritize patient care and take immediate action in emergencies

• Notify physicians and implement emergency protocols

• Develop individualized patient care plans

• Provide culturally sensitive patient-centered care

• Manage emergency situations including cardiac and respiratory arrest

• Operate ICU equipment such as ventilators infusion pumps and cardiac monitors

• Administer medications IV therapy and prescribed treatments

• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans

• Educate patients and families on care and recovery

• Document all nursing care accurately in EHR

• Delegate tasks to LPNs and support staff

• Maintain safe and clean unit environment

• Follow nursing standards ethics and hospital policies

• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork

• ICU / Critical Care Nursing experience (minimum 2 years)

• Emergency assessment and clinical decision-making

• L&D Postpartum Neonatal and Med-Surg exposure

• Ventilator and ICU equipment management

• Cardiac rhythm monitoring

• IV therapy and medication administration

• Code Blue and emergency response

• Strong EHR documentation skills

• Care planning and evaluation

• Leadership and delegation skills

• Strong communication and teamwork

• BLS

• ACLS

• NRP

• STABLE

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License

• Minimum 2 years ICU experience

• Background check and drug screening required

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to perform physical duties (standing lifting up to 50 lbs)
