Location: Ahmedabad
Position: Hospitality Trainer
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Hiring: Immediate Joiner
Salary - 30k-40 k
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
Candidates with adegree or diploma in Hotel Managementwill be preferred. Prior experience inFood & Beverage service and Front Desk operationswill be an added advantage. The candidate should have good communication skills professional grooming and basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
Role and Responsibilities:
â Deliver comprehensive training sessions on hospitality skills tailored for the aviation industry.
â Guide students in customer service grooming etiquette and communication skills to meet industry standards.
â Develop and update training modules and materials per the latest hospitality and aviation trends.
â Conduct practical sessions role-plays and assessments to enhance student learning.
â Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
â Create a professional engaging and positive learning environment.
â Support students in preparing for interviews and placements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
â Prior experience in the hospitality or aviation industry is a must.
â Excellent communication and presentation skills.
â Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
â Ability to motivate and inspire students to excel in their careers.
â Strong organizational and time-management skills.
