Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Service Delivery Lead
Experience: 1018 years
Location: Chennai / Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the role: Responsible for overall service delivery stabilization and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion landscape leading a cross-functional team across functional technical and integration streams. Ensures SLAs release readiness incident/problem management and stakeholder satisfaction for Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end service delivery for Oracle Fusion (Finance/SCM/HCM as applicable) covering incident problem change and release management.
  • Act as primary point of contact for business and IT leadership managing expectations escalations and communication on service performance.
  • Govern SLAs/OLAs track KPIs and drive continual service improvement initiatives and automation.
  • Coordinate work across functional technical integration and reporting teams and with Oracle Support for SRs.
  • Oversee quarterly Fusion updates impact assessment regression planning and go/no-go decisions.
  • Maintain service governance routines (status reports CAB inputs postincident reviews CSIP).

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1018 years of IT experience with at least 68 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) service delivery or application management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service management processes and experience running large application support engagements.
  • Experience managing multi-vendor and onsite/offshore delivery models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.
