Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Global Delivery Leader to join our growing SAP practice in this role you will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP transformation programs for our global clients. You will serve as the bridge between global stakeholders and our Hyderabad delivery center ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Global Delivery Management: Oversee the execution of a portfolio of SAP projects (implementations rollouts upgrades and AMS).

• Methodology & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to SAP Activate and quality compliance across all global delivery models.

• Client Engagement: Function as a trusted advisor to global clients participating in regular steering committee meetings.

• Team Leadership: Lead large cross-functional teams and drive excellence within the Hyderabad delivery hub.

• Performance Tracking: Full oversight of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resource utilization.

Expectations

• Scope of Work: Manages a portfolio of accounts or end-to-end delivery of complex global SAP transformations.

• P&L / Financials: Full accountability for account-level P&L gross margins and revenue forecasting.

• Stakeholder Management: Interfaces with client IT Directors VPs and global business process owners.

• Practice Building: Drives capability building creates reusable assets and leads training initiatives.

• Pre-Sales Support: Leads RFP responses effort estimation and solution defense for new bids.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Masters degree or MBA highly preferred.

• Experience: 1215 years total IT experience with 5 years managing global SAP delivery.

• SAP Expertise: Broad understanding of S/4HANA ecosystem SAP BTP and cloud architectures.
