Job Title: Hospital Human Resource Officer
Location: Nairobi

Our client seeks to recruit a qualified competent and highly motivated individual to fill the position of Human Resource Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Manage recruitment and selection processes
Maintain employee records (attendance contracts leave management etc.)
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary processes
Coordinate training and development programs
Prepare HR reports and documentation
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
CHRP certification or progress towards certification
Minimum of 23 years experience in a Hospital set up
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Key Competencies
Strong organizational and planning skills
Attention to detail
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
