Troy and Heights Animal Hospital Troy MI
Do you love animals people and being part of a truly supportive team Troy and Heights Animal Hospital in Troy MI is looking for Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our close-knit compassionate and fun-loving crew!
Were not your average veterinary clinic! Youll work alongside and experienced team of amazing doctors and skilled staff who genuinely care about each other and our patients.

What Youll Do:
Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
Assist with check-in/check-out and payment processing
Support the technical team by keeping things running smoothly
Help create a calm welcoming experience for pets and their people.
What Were Looking For:
A friendly reliable and compassionate team player
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Customer service experience (Veterinary or medical background preferred)
A genuine love for animals
Someone excited about all the fun changes coming to us including cloud-based PIMS clinic renovations and more!
What Were Offering:
Pay starting at $17.00/ hr. to commensurate with experience
