Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all client enquiries providing prompt and effective support via email phone and our ticketing system.
- Professionally manage and resolve client issues escalating complex technical queries to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client communications and activities within our CRM system.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively address client questions and support their needs.
- Proactively build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with our enterprise clients.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve our products services and overall customer experience.
- Assist with the client onboarding process ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service client support or account management role preferably within a B2B or technology company.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and personable demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find effective solutions for clients.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in standard office software and experience using CRM systems.
- A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn about Linux and open-source systems is highly desirable.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
