Job Summary
- Oversee the co-ordination of MEP works with particular focus on PHE (Plumbing Heating & Electrical) and fire fighting installations
- Liaise between all relevant trades contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of PHE and fire fighting systems
- Monitor and manage the interface between different MEP disciplines to prevent conflicts and delays
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks on PHE and fire fighting works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive interface documentation including coordination drawings meeting minutes and progress reports
- Ensure all PHE and fire fighting installations adhere to relevant building regulations safety standards and project requirements
- Communicate effectively with project management design teams and contractors to resolve interface issues promptly
- Manage schedules and resource allocation for PHE and fire fighting works to maintain project timelines
- Identify potential clashes and coordination issues early and implement corrective measures
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings with all MEP contractors and relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of all interface-related decisions approvals and modifications
- Support the project team in achieving health safety and environmental objectives on site
Qualifications :
- B.E././. in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in MEP coordination interface management or construction project delivery
