Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop impactful Power BI reports dashboards and visualizations for sales product usage marketing spend (CAC and ROAS) and operational reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements define KPIs and translate business questions into meaningful reporting solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of business operations and the underlying data landscape to improve report relevance and usability.
- Ensure reporting accuracy performance and reliability through validation troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve report performance data integrity and user experience issues ensuring consistent stakeholder satisfaction.
- Stay current with Power BI best practices and new features applying improvements to uplift the reporting environment.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education:
- Relevant qualification in Information Systems Computer Science Data Analytics Statistics or similar (or proven equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 3 years in business intelligence reporting or data visualization roles.
- Proven experience building end-to-end dashboards and reports in Power BI for business stakeholders.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing analysis using tools such as SQL and Excel.
- Exposure to marketing and performance metrics (e.g. CAC and ROAS) and operational efficiency reporting.
- Skills (Non-Negotiable):
- Advanced Power BI (data modelling DAX dashboard design publishing and performance optimisation).
- Strong SQL and analytical capability.
- High attention to detail problem-solving ability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and present insights clearly.
