Guidance and best practices
- Drive the COM Support function:
- Ensure the ticketing system (Redmine) is used consistently and works efficiently.
- Resolve queries appropriately and within the established timelines.
- Participate in regular analysis of queries and client needs to ensure COM Support remains effective and efficient.
- Flag topics and issues that emerge from queries which may require adjustments to existing guidance or the development of new guidance.
- Support the ongoing development of corporate communications guidance.
- Participate in the design and delivery of communications training for ONE COM.
Qualifications :
Academic Background
- An advanced University degree or equivalent in communications journalism market research or other related discipline.
- Demonstrated professional experience or qualifications in a specific area (publications editorial rights branding web engagement translation other) is a strong advantage.
Professional Background
- A minimum of three years experience in communications or publications.
- Able to work well with others doing whatever tasks are needed to achieve team goals and taking pride in collective work and achievements
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and cultivating productive relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills in particular patience diplomacy and collaboration
- Ability to communicate complex ideas recommendations and insights in concise and consistent way with solid writing skills
Tools
- Comfortable and competent in the Microsoft 365 environment and its tools.
