Job Summary
Essential Requirements:
3-5 years relevant experience in underwriting Accident & Health insurance products or other Personal Lines products.
Ability to work independently.
Attention to detail and excellent analytical ability.
Ability to plan prioritize and organize work; effectively resolve conflict among priorities.
Maintains a high level of professionalism integrity and trust.
Strong marketing negotiation and presentation skills.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office.

Job Summary:
This role involves underwriting personal lines insurance products (Travel Personal Accident Home and Maid insurance products) within the approved authority to achieve business targets. You will also be required to collaborate with distribution teams to engage with intermediaries manage network partners and third parties.
Job Duties:
Review allocated or referred cases and deliver underwriting decisions following the designated authority level to secure profitable business within the agreed risk appetite.
Assist distribution channels in profitable underwriting.
Handle product comparisons on a regular basis.
Provide assistance in drafting new policy wordings or reviewing existing policy wordings.
Participate in product development initiatives and ensure product launches are in order.
Manage customer interactions in an efficient courteous and timely manner in order to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with claims operations actuarial and compliance teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Support digital initiatives and system enhancement projects as required.
Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
