What would you do working in this role

You would have the chance to work in a variety of welding techniques (Mig Tig STICK and Laser)
Youd have the chance to do some equipment maintenance
Read and comprehend construction drawings and specs
Mentor coworkers to enhance their skill sets
Partner with other crews and their lead people (if off-site)

What would you need to be able to do this job

Experience in multiple welding techniques (Tig Mig STICK Laser)
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet production deadlines
Technical degree in welding OR 3 years welding experience
