The Opportunity

Youll drive the operational performance and technical readiness of AURAs supplier network. This role focuses on the seamless integration of our hardware and software platforms into partner operations while managing high-level relationships to ensure long-term success. By reviewing performance data and optimizing supply chain processes youll identify efficiencies that keep our network elite effective and ready to respond.



What Youll Do


  • Analyse and review various data relating to service levels and report on performance.
  • Fostering and management of relationships with key personnel.
  • Ensure the service providers successfully adopt AURAs hardware software processes and service requirements.
  • Identifying improvement areas and approaches to optimise and make our supply operations more efficient and effective.
  • Facilitating the technical onboarding and system integration for new service providers within the AURA hardware and software ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3 years in contracted security services with dual experience in operations and business development.
  • Ability to build and maintain multiple key relationships.
  • Data driven mindset and approach. Experience with using Qlik is a plus.
  • Operational Compliance: Knowledge of licensing insurance and regulatory standards for armed response services.
  • Skilled at leveraging CRM tools to oversee the full supplier lifecycle from managing real-time contact data to auditing essential compliance and contractual records. ( (Experience with using aCRM system is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong presentation and demo capabilities both in-person and virtual.
  • Experience in managing data analysis reporting and supplier engagement processes.
    • Professional fluency in Afrikaans and English is highly advantageous to support our regional growth and supplier communications.
