About the Role
Were hiring a Junior Dispatcher to support our fast-growing USA trucking operations.
This is a fully remote role where youll coordinate shipments communicate with drivers and brokers and help keep operations running smoothly and on time.
If youre organized proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment this is a great opportunity to break into the logistics industry and grow.
What Youll Be Doing
Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Communicate with drivers to provide updates instructions and support
Work with brokers to manage loads updates and issue resolution
Handle delays or issues by finding quick and effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of shipments and dispatch activities
Track performance and report on delivery progress
Support customers and internal teams with clear timely communication
What Were Looking For
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Comfortable handling calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Proactive and solution-focused mindset
Bonus (Nice to Have)
Experience in logistics dispatch or customer support
Experience with cold calling or sales
Exposure to trucking or transportation environments
Technical Requirements (Fully Remote)
Stable high-speed internet connection
Clear headset for calls
Reliable computer/laptop
Working Hours
Based on Chicago (CST) time zone
Monday to Friday
