Interview process: via Zoom/Teams

Onsite hybrid or remote: No WI residency required. Open to nationwide candidates. 90-100% remote but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Onsite work is not likely but candidate should be prepared to come onsite if required.

Duration: 6/30/2026 with the potential to extend for an additional term(s)

Project details: This role is responsible for designing developing testing and implementing ETL solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC). This role requires strong hands-on experience with Data Integration (DI) Taskflows Mappings parameter files and reusable transformations to build scalable secure and high-performing data pipelines. The candidate will manage metadata ensure data accuracy and integrity and drive continuous optimization within the IDMC and data warehouse environment.

The individual will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to translate functional requirements into well-architected IDMC-based data integration solutions. Responsibilities include developing ETL mapping specifications performance tuning ensuring data security compliance and supporting the migration enhancement and maintenance of IDMC workflows aligned with enterprise data warehousing best practices.

Typically requires 4 to 5 years of relevant real time experience including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC. A strong foundation in data warehousing concepts data integration methodologies and solution delivery under general supervision with independent judgment is essential for this role.

Ideal candidate will have skills and experience in the following areas:

Knowledge in data warehouse best practice standards
Strong experience in PowerCenter to IDMC migration.
Experience in design development and testing in IDM .
Proficient in writing and analyzing complex SQL queries in Oracle DB2 SQL Server.
Hands-on experience using Control-M for job scheduling and workflow automation.
Moderate skills working with relational and dimensional data models
Moderate skills working with slowly changing dimensions
Proven ability to diagnose and remediate ETL and DB Query performance bottlenecks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including facilitation of meetings with customers and technical staff
Knowledge and skills in the project development life cycle process (i.e. planning analysis design coding testing implementation support)
