Key Responsibilities
Process purchase orders invoices and payments
Maintain accurate financial records and databases
Support budget monitoring and financial reporting
Reconcile accounts and assist with audits
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
Support payroll administration where required
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good knowledge of financial systems and Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of school finance systems (desirable)
