Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to the CEO ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires strategic calendar management coordination of complex travel arrangements and handling of sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Directly support the ADL with strategic calendar management based on a deep understanding of business and executive needs.
2. Coordinate with Executive Travel for accommodations transportation and security arrangements.
3. Utilize a vast internal/external network to support the executive leaders work and charter.
4. Drive strategic oversight and direction for discipline development within the Business Support community.
5. Provide strategic oversight into event vision and outcomes maintaining fiscal responsibility.
6. Demonstrate executive presence encourage excellence and set a foundation for success.
7. Raise and manage operational budget for the ADL including T&E management. This will include monitoring and pre-approvals for the teams expenses.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
2. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Discretion and confidentiality of the highest order.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
Candidate Requirements
The role requires the individual to have very good verbal and written communication skills with English as the main language understand the broad impacts of communication know how to customize messages to suit diverse audiences and creative writing approach.
Creative in approach to create message and visuals that simplify and amplify executive messaging
Previous work experience with 5-7 years in similar role in Software IT environment Financial services / Technology departments Major Market Intelligence Players would be one of very key criteria. Software IT
Independent and proactive to reach out to multiple individuals to collate inputs from multiple parties
Curiosity and confidence to engage with new people. Desire to learn and understand key business contents so can communicate more effectively
Enjoy working in very dynamic environment and with senior LT
