Job Summary

Profile:Accounts Executive-Surat-3 LPA

Experience:

1-4 Years of experience in Accounting & Finance
Hands-on experience in Zoho Books / Zoho ERP
Experience in Manufacturing or Textile Industry preferred

Salary Range: 20k to 25k

Roles:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries including purchase sales expenses and journal vouchers
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Manage GST TDS and statutory compliance activities
Track receivables and payables with proper aging analysis
Work extensively on Zoho Books / ERP for accounting and process automation
Generate MIS reports and financial summaries for management review
Assist during audits and maintain proper accounting documentation
Identify and rectify inconsistencies in ERP data and accounting records
Ensure timely accounting closures and real-time financial visibility
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations

Qualification:
