We are looking for a new colleague to an important position in our young ambitious and winning team as junior Brand Manager for our Home Care brands Soupline Ajax & La Croix within our successful subsidiary located in this Brand Manager role you will be working on one of the most powerful Home Care brands in Europe.
What Youll Do
Every day is different but below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:
You are part of the Consumer Experience team and within it you are the Brand Champion responsible for the growth of some of our brands. Furthermore you are the owner of local consumer insights making sure they are at the heart of our local decisions and strategies; from budget creation portfolio management and shopper programs all while enhancing and strengthening the brand equity.
- Manage the home care portfolio to achieve net sales margin profit and share targets.
- Partner with the European Brand Team to build next years innovation pipeline fitting the local consumer needs.
- Lead the retail activations and development of high-quality POS material and promotion plans - for our key retail partners in close collaboration with the Sales Team.
- Set up marketing partnerships (media and brand partnerships) with the aim of generating consideration & trial.
- Manage your local marketing budget.
- Implement and manage the local social media in collaboration with our agencies.

Experience in Brand & Product Management in a FMCG environment is a big plus!
