Scope of Project
This hybrid resource will support the NC HIEA Medicaid Services (HMS) project.
The consultant will work with NC HIEA participants EHR vendors and internal teams to implement enhance and maintain data integrations.
They will support NC HIEA and SAS system infrastructure manage clinical portal updates assist with data validation transformation and loading and generate SQL/SAS/HealthShare-based analyses and reports.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to NC HIEA participants and EHR vendors
- Support and monitor NC HIEA and SAS technical infrastructure
- Manage change orders bug fixes enhancements and updates for the NC HealthConnex Clinical Portal
- Develop SQL/SAS/HealthShare queries for data validation and analysis
- Perform EDA (exploratory data analysis) and generate reports
- Validate data extracts perform transformations and support load job streams
- Support outbound data services and analytics
- Ensure reliable data exchange and integration across healthcare systems
