About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mortgage Resolution Analyst to support our mortgage operations team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries coordinate with tax offices and work cross functionally to resolve mortgage related cases efficiently. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to phone calls emails and client inquiries through our ticketing system.
- Work directly with tax offices and clients on mortgage resolution cases.
- Collaborate in a team environment under the guidance of a Team Lead.
- Partner with multiple internal departments to obtain necessary research and documentation.
- Ensure clear professional written and verbal communication at all times.
- Maintain high attention to detail in all mortgage research and resolution work.
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability.
- Perform all assigned tasks within the mortgage space including case management customer communication and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and grammar skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage inquiries across phone email and ticket systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and cross functional departments.
- Prior experience in mortgage tax or financial services is preferred (optional to include).
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
