Job summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Leader with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Desktop Support and will work in an on-site model.
This role involves analyzing data to support our projects and initiatives. The position requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our company s goals and positively impact society through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities :
- Analyze data to support various projects and initiatives ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement solutions that align with company objectives.
- Provide desktop support to ensure seamless operation of tools and software.
- Utilize technologies to create maps and visualizations that aid in decision-making processes.
- Conduct data quality assessments to maintain the integrity and accuracy of datasets.
- Assist in the development of databases and manage data storage and retrieval processes.
- Support the integration of data with other business systems to enhance overall efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technologies and incorporate them into daily operations.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
- Work collaboratively in an on-stie model.

Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in desktop support and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Display knowledge of data management and database systems.
- Have a keen interest in staying updated with the latest technologies and trends.

Additional Information :

Punctuality dependability and a strong work ethic are key attributes for this position.

Expected start time is 8:00 a.m. MON-FRI with occasional need for OT and possibly weekend work if projects or other activity must be completed when the facility is not in normal business operations.

This role would be reporting to J&J as a contracted Service Delivery Leader throughout the end of 2026. This role may be extended or made permanent in 2027 depending on J&J s budgeting for the new year.
