The Digital team is looking for a new Apprentice !
What does this Apprenticeship involve
As part of the Digital team you will be the main point of contact for our markets regarding website management and will work on the following tasks:
Global Division:
Actively support the rollout of new e-commerce and brand websites in our key markets (France Italy Spain Portugal and International).
Oversee the editorial content of the international site (FAQs articles landing pages product sheets) and coordinate the distribution of content to local teams.
Orchestrate the adaptation and translation of content and creative assets to ensure an optimal user experience in each country (ES PT FR).
Independently administer the QR code generation platform to link our physical and digital touchpoints.
Analyze monthly performance (e-commerce & CRM) design monitoring dashboards and make recommendations based on KPIs.
Regularly analyze competitor websites and industry innovations in order to propose continuous improvements for our interfaces and customer experience.
France Division:
Ensure day-to-day operations for the French market: webmastering product sheet creation inventory management price updates commercial offers etc.
Participate in managing the media acquisition strategy (SEA Affiliation etc.).
Design and produce digital assets specifically intended for the market (IAB banners product sheets) in French.
CRM campaigns: Collaborate on the design and integration of email campaigns (launches broadcasts etc.) via Salesforce (SFMC).
Required skills for this position:
Masters student (4-5 years of higher education) at a business school or in a specialized digital/e-commerce program.
Previous experience (internship or community project) in the digital world is a plus.
Awareness of digital customer journeys mobile ergonomics and e-commerce trends.
You are rigorous proactive and comfortable with numbers.
Your curiosity open-mindedness and interpersonal skills enable you to work in a team and thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict launch schedules.
You are constantly on the lookout for digital innovations and new uses.
Knowledge of the Adobe suite is appreciated.
Good level of English required.
