About the position

This is a highimpact commercial role responsible for driving Flora Food Groups Industrial B2B growth across Europe.

As Senior Account Manager Industrial you will lead strategic relationships with major food manufacturers processors and ingredient users across the region expanding our footprint in oils fats plantbased solutions and valueadded ingredients. Youll shape and execute multimarket commercial plans manage complex negotiations and partner closely with R&D Supply Chain and Technical teams to deliver customercentric innovation and operational excellence.

This role blends strategic account leadership with handson commercial execution in a fastmoving international environment. You will be the face of Flora Food Group for some of the most influential industrial customers in Europe.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Customer Experience & Strategic Account Leadership

  • Own the customer experience endtoend ensuring exceptional engagement and partnership.
  • Lead the commercial strategy P&L and longterm growth plans for a portfolio of European industrial customers.
  • Expand penetration across key industrial categories including bakery dairy alternatives ready meals and broader food manufacturing segments.
  • Build strong seniorlevel relationships across procurement R&D supply chain and commercial teams at customer organisations.

Commercial Execution & Growth Delivery

  • Lead multicountry negotiations pricing tenders and contract management to deliver revenue volume and margin targets.
  • Drive customercentric innovation by activating NPD reformulation and technical projects in partnership with R&D and Technical.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting demand planning and service performance across markets.
  • Monitor category trends competitive activity and regulatory developments to inform strategy and portfolio development.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing Finance Operations and Quality to ensure seamless execution of customer plans.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to ensure service excellence and operational reliability.
  • Support portfolio development and longterm category strategy through insightled recommendations.

What Does It Take to Be Successful

Were looking for a commercially sharp relationshipdriven account manager with deep experience in industrial B2B food environments. Youll bring:

  • A strong track record in industrial B2B food ingredients food manufacturing or adjacent categories.
  • Experience managing large European manufacturing customers with complex technical and commercial requirements.
  • Proven success in multimarket negotiations pricing management and P&L ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead NPD and technical projects with R&D Quality and Supply Chain teams.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate insights into commercial action.
  • A structured proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
  • Additional European languages are an advantage.
