Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Education Institute Finance to drive business acquisition and portfolio growth in the education segment. The role involves sourcing and managing loans for schools colleges coaching institutes and other educational institutions while ensuring portfolio quality and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage clients in the Education Institution Finance segment
Source loans such as Term Loans Working Capital LAP (Loan Against Property) for educational institutions
Build relationships with school trustees college management and institutional decision-makers
Conduct financial analysis and coordinate with credit teams for proposal processing
Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets
Monitor portfolio health and ensure low delinquency levels
Cross-sell allied financial products to institutional clients
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (MBA / Finance preferred)
4 years of experience in SME / Education Finance / Institutional Lending
Strong understanding of financial statements and credit assessment
Local market knowledge of Rajkot and surrounding regions
Strong networking and relationship management skills
