Head - Branches
Role Objective: Lead the Pan-India branch network driving revenue growth profitability and scalability. The role focuses on strengthening performance of existing branches and setting up new branches based on market potential with full ownership of P&L people and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Pan-India revenue and profitability of the existing branch network.
- Drive growth across Equity Commodity & Currency Broking and cross-sell PMS AIFs Mutual Funds Insurance and Advisory products.
- Ensure all branches operate as profitable SBUs with optimal cost-to-income ratios.
- Develop and execute branch-wise and region-wise growth strategies.
- Identify approve and set up new branches based on business potential and strategic fit.
- Ensure recruitment of the right talent and drive high performance through clear KRAs.
- Oversee acquisition and retention of HNI / UHNI clients and key relationships.
- Review MIS monitor KPIs and present performance updates to senior management.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong domain expertise in Stock Broking & Wealth Management
- Proven experience in multi-location P&L and branch management
- Deep understanding of PMS AIFs MF Insurance and Advisory
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA - Finance preferred)
- Relevant NISM certifications
- 5-7 years of experience in stock broking / wealth management
- Prior experience managing Pan-India or large regional branch networks
