Job Summary
Job Title: Manual Reconciliation
Department: Global IAM Centre of Expertise
About Business line/Function: The Global IAM Centre of Expertise team performs IAM security operations globally in partnership with regional CISOs and local IAM teams. The activities mainly include design and review of onboarding form for resource onboarding into IAM tool performing security controls before creating a business role validating SOD breaches support audits related to IAM topics perform manual reconciliation of access rights and supervise various access rights recertifications campaigns.
Position Purpose: Perform reconciliation of user access rights between the target application(s) and the BNPP CIB Identity AccessManagement platform (MyIAM). Detect document and resolve discrepancies to maintain a compliant access control landscape.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Manually perform reconciliation of access rights between target application(s) and access record in Identity Access Management tool (MyIAM) to identify and mitigate discrepancies such as the following:
o Missing accounts in MyIAM
o Missing accounts in the target system
o Permission mismatches (different entitlement values)
o Unknown or orphaned permissions
• Map entitlements between MyIAM & target system maintaining uptodate crossreference table
• Generate and submit add / remove requests in MyIAM for all validated discrepancies.
• Track remediation progress until full closure of the tickets raised.
• Produce on-demand/periodic reconciliation reports to management auditors etc.
• Participate in periodic reviews of the entitlementmapping catalogue and propose improvements.
• Escalate to regional IAM teams on timely manner any blocker or issues that need attention
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) control framework
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP conditional formatting macros).
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Able to produce clear reports (KPIs KRIs dashboards charts data visualization in general…)
• Effective written and verbal communication for documenting discrepancies and interacting with application owners / management.
Specific Qualifications:
• Any Cybersecurity certification (CISM CISSP etc.) will be an added advantage
