The Director Agency Transformation will serve as a strategic and operational leader driving the implementation of the Agency strategy across the region. This role acts as a bridge between Regional Agency Business Units (BUs) and market-level PICs ensuring alignment accelerating execution and providing hands-on support to resolve market challenges.
This position plays a critical role in shaping future agency capabilities strengthening cross-market coordination and stepping in to lead or troubleshoot specific transformation initiatives where additional expertise or momentum is needed.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage project roadmaps timelines and interdependency plans for regional and market-level execution
Translate strategic priorities into clear market-level plans frameworks and milestones.
Align BU leaders PICs and functional stakeholders around transformation goals timelines and KPIs.
Serve as the regional coordinator for all Agency initiatives maintaining consistent communication and alignment across markets.
Establish governance routines (steering committees working groups check-ins) to track progress and manage risks.
Step in to support specific markets or functional themes requiring deeper intervention.
Provide on-the-ground support for execution challenges such as rollout planning capability building performance tracking or leadership alignment.
Troubleshoot roadblocks proactively offering practical solutions and mobilizing regional resources where necessary.
Ensure that transformation initiatives are embedded sustainably within market operations.
Drive adoption and usage of regional tools platforms and data capabilities introduced under the Agency agenda.
Define transformation KPIs and guide markets in building appropriate tracking systems.
Monitor progress of agency initiatives and quality of implementation across markets; identify gaps risks and opportunities for acceleration.
Build strong relationships with BU heads PICs agency leaders and functional teams (Training Ops Digital Distribution).
Facilitate knowledge exchange and cross-market collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in having conceived and executed on transformation end-to-end to create tangible value. Familiarity with an agile organizational model is essential
Experience in life insurance distribution and financial services covering critical aspects of value creation through customer acquisition and management as well as distribution transformation.
