Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Retail & Marketing AM Multiple locations across India.
As a Management Trainee you will be part of a dynamic team working on strategic Retail and Marketing initiatives. Youll gain hands-on experience in solving real-world business challenges contributing to projects across merchandising customer engagement pricing strategy and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of retail and marketing strategy / process / operation for clients across industries.
Contribute to assortment planning space planning pricing optimization and inventory management using data-driven insights.
Conduct market research competitive analysis and customer insights studies for informed
business decisions.
Support development of business proposals presentations and reports for client
stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics digital and operations to design and implement deliver end-to-end solutions.
Contribute to internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing sessions thought leadership
and process improvement projects.
Learn and apply emerging tools and technologies for marketing generative AI CRM data analytics and automation.
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives including e-commerce enablement loyalty programs and personalization engines.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Masters degree in marketing Business Management and Retail Management from Tier-1 institutes.
Internship or project experience in Retail E-commerce or Marketing strategy is desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI Tableau) and multi-functional AI tools.
Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated team collaboration and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks adapt to evolving priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
