What does this Apprenticeship involve

The primary role of the Regulatory Affairs Apprentice is to provide support to the regulatory department to ensure maintenance and organization of regulatory files for proper tracking of information and archiving of regulated documents and implementing activities necessary to review product materials for regulatory compliance under supervision of the Regulatory Affairs Manager.

This position is focused on Skin Health products launched in the Europe region and may be required to provide some support to be marketed Internationally.

  • Support the completeness and compliance of EU Product Information Files (PIF) of the existing portfolio

  • Review and approve product labeling based on approved reference materials to assure compliance with the regional cosmetic regulations

  • Support the regulatory activities as part of the development timeline of the new products for European Market and Exports

  • Support the training activities for the Regulatory affairs stakeholders

  • Update and maintain the regulatory databases



Required skills for this position:

  • Current Bachelors of Science or Masters Degree student in a scientific field or Regulatory Affairs

  • Demonstrates interest on Global Regulatory Landscape

  • Good communication skills (interpersonal writing and oral)

  • Proficiency in French and English

  • Strong interpersonal skills positive attitude proactive approach to problem solving reliable and outcome driven

  • Attention to details

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good knowledge of Google tools for word processing spreadsheets and presentations

  • Project management and organizational skills
