Job Summary
Position: Finance and Admin Manager (Hospitality)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and accounting operations of the organization
- Prepare and analyze financial reports budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with local regulations tax requirements and company policies
- Manage cash flow accounts payable/receivable and financial controls
- Supervise administrative functions and office operations
- Support audit processes and ensure proper documentation
- Lead and develop the finance and admin team
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in hospitality or NGO sectors
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Cambodian tax regulations
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Good command of English and Khmer
Salary: $1000 -$1500
