Job Summary
- Post invoices accurately on a daily basis.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers according to daily weekly and monthly schedules.
- Collect payments from customer sites and process deposits/clearance with the bank.
- Reconcile and clear daily Accounts Receivable (AR) postings in the system.
- Perform daily sales closing and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Follow up with customers and update account statements on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Review customer payment terms and credit limits providing updates to the Customer Service (CS) team as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Specialist
Qualifications :
- University or fresh graduate student in field of Accounting & Finance
Additional Information :
- Good analytical business sense and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination/ interpersonal skills.
- Good in English
