Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role
As a People and Culture Administrator youll play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support across the People Culture and Capability function. Youll work alongside a collaborative and values-driven team supporting recruitment onboarding compliance learning & development and other tasks across the employee lifecycle. This role will allow you to collaborate with talented professionals and make a meaningful impact on our workforce.
This is a fixed term position (10 months) working from our central Auckland office and fixed work from home days.
Ngā haepapa matua - Key responsibilities
- Independently provide top-tier administrative support to internal stakeholders ensuring the highest standards of service delivery
- Coordinate recruitment administration including job ads hiring manager support and pre-employment checks
- Maintain accurate kaimahi records across relevant systems (e.g. BambooHR and iPayroll)
- Manage the shared People and Culture and Learning and Development inboxes responding to routine queries
- Supporting compliance activities such as police vetting annual practicing certificate tracking and work from home audits.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and prepare reports as needed
- Providing general administrative support to the wider People and Culture team

Ōu wheako ōu mātauranga hoki - Qualifications and experience
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Experience in supporting organisations in best practice administration
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 services including Teams and ideally Sharepoint
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to introduce innovative ideas and efficiencies
- Experience managing data and tracking systems with the capability for data manipulation
- Comfortable working under pressure and committed to improving service delivery
- Familiarity with high growth dynamic and evolving work environments
- Self-management skills to ensure the delivery of accurate written and numerical employee documentation
- Effective collaboration and communication skills both verbally and in writing with diverse groups of people
